Do you accept returns and/or substitutions?
Yes, in case of lack of conformity of the purchased products with respect to the description published on the Site, the user has the right to the replacement of the product, without any additional charge, provided that there has been no prior communication between the user and Giobastian. Alternatively, the user is entitled to termination of the contract or a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the good.
Is the return free?
Yes the return is free of charge , within 5 days after the arrival of the bag.
My product is defective, what should I do?
If the Customer receives packages that are visibly damaged by the courier and/or carrier, (broken or visibly damaged packaging) we will proceed as follows:
- reject the shipment to the senderand it will then be our responsibility to contact the Customer and agree on the replacement of the ordered goods.
